At Mossman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with all original Mossman tags and packaging into a secure shipping satchel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your generated pre-paid return label and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the items.
